Bright Leaps- Guided by Experience
Hi, I’m Zubya, the tutor and founder of Bright Leaps.
I am a qualified Primary Teacher with 6 years of classroom experience. Alongside my teaching background, I'm also a mum of two (one who has just started school this year!), so I understand both classroom side of learning and everyday challenges families face with homework, confidence, and progress.
At Bright Leaps, I run both small groups and 1:1 sessions in Literacy and Numeracy. Whilst 1:1 sessions focuses entirely on your child's individual needs, I've found that children really shine in small groups. Learning alongside others gives them the boost of encouragement, helps them realise they're not alone, and often makes sessions more enjoyable - whilst making sure each child gets the support they need.
Bright Leaps is about building confidence, finding strategies that fit and helping children feel proud of what they achieve. Every child learns differently, and my aim is to make learning a positive experience where learners can feel supported every step of the way.
I believe every child can thrive with the right support, and that's what Bright Leaps is all about. It's a privilege to work alongside families, and I look forward to supporting you and your child as they take their own bright leaps forward.

Our sessions for Primary 4 to 7 pupils in Bishopton offer the perfect balance between personalised attention and collaborative learning. With small group tutoring of just 4 children, each session is designed to meet individual learning needs while keeping things engaging and interactive.
Children benefit from hearing different ideas, solving problems together, and knowing that they are not alone in their learning journey.
We carefully group children by age, ability, and goals to create positive, focused setting where they feel encouraged, not overwhelmed. These small group sessions help build not only academic skills in Maths and Literacy but also enhance communication, teamwork, and confidence.

Weekly Small Group Sessions Maths and Literacy (Primary 4-7)
Our small group tutoring offers a supportive, structured learning for Primary 4 - 7 students.
Each group has a maximum of 4 children, ensuring every child receives focused support while benefiting from collaborative learning.
Sessions alternate weekly between Maths and Literacy, helping children strengthen key skills across both areas of learning in a balanced, engaging way,
Groups are carefully arranged by stage and ability to ensure right level of challenge and support.
Spaces are limited and fill quickly- early booking is recommended.
